Pengadilan Kejahatan Internasional telah memerintahkan penagkapan terhadap presiden Sudan Omar Al Bashir atas tuduhan kejahatan perang dan kemanusiaan di Darfur, Sudan.Mungkin itu wajar kalau kejahatan itu benar dilakukan sang Presiden namun aku berpikir kenapa hanya presiden Sudan yang mendapat surat penangkapan tersebut dan tidak juga dilakukan terhadap Amerika dan Israel.
Israel dengan jelas dan nyata telah melakukan kejahatan perang dalam pembantaian terhadap warga Palestina di Gaza, banyak anak-anak dan wanita tewas, tempat ibadah juga dihancurkan bahkan israel juga menggunakan senjata yang dilarang dalam perang.
Amerika juga melakukan hal yang sama di Irak bahkan George W. Bush mengakui ada kesalahan dalam perang di Irak terutama dalam informasi yang menjadi rujukan dalam perang tersebut.
Namun ternyata kejahatan yang nyata dan jelas tidak membuat Pengadilan Kejahatan Internasional melakukan hal yang sama seperti halnya yang dilakukan terhadap presiden Sudan. Kalau selalu seperti itu buat apa Pengadilan itu ada karena mereka pilih kasih dalam memberi hukuman lebih baik bubarkan saja.
