Air mata akan keluar ketika kita menghadapi sesuatu yang bersifat kesedihan seperti kematian dan musibah (bencana alam, kena PHK, dll). Di saat seperti itu kita merasa sangat kehilangan hingga terkadang kita meratapinya dengan penuh sesal dan yang lebih parahnya terkadang kita menganggap Tuhan tidak adil.
Menangis memang baik karena itu salah satu cara mengeluarkan emosi yang terpendam. Namun janganlah terlalu menangisi sesuatu karena terkadang sesuatu itu tidak pantas untuk ditangisi. Kita menangis karena tidak tahu bahwa dibalik semua kejadian itu ada sesuatu hikmah yang besar untuk kita.
Jadi janganlah terlalu meratapi sesuatu itu dengan terlalu berlebihan karena Tuhan pun tidak menyukai hal-hal yang terlalu berlebihan. Sikapilah sesuatu yang membuat kita menangis dengan pikiran jangan hanya mengandalkan perasaan karena mungkin itu terbaik buat kita.
Bahaya ya sob bisa kering air mata.
