Mereka yang mempunyai nomor urut kecil dalam pemilu belum tentu dengan mudah melenggang tanpa beban ke parlemen dan begitu juga mereka yang punya nomor sepatu tidak menutup kemungkinan mereka yang akan santai-santai di kursi empuk legislatif.
Hal itu bisa terjadi karena Mahkamah Konstitusi menghapus pasal 214 Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2008 tentang pemilu DPR, DPD dan DPRD. Dengan penghapusan tersebut maka setiap calon mungkin akan bekerja keras agar mereka bisa terpilih karena sekarang posisi mereka sejajar karena yang terpilih adalah siapa yang mempunyai suara terbanyak bukan siapa pemilik nomor urut kecil.
Walaupun masih ada keraguan tentang bagaimana kalau seandainya mereka sama-sama punya persen yang sama yaitu 30%, siapa yang akan dipilih nomor kecil atau nomor sepatu. Namun itu mungkin bisa disikapi bijak oleh elit parpol yang bisa memilih mana menurut mereka yang terbaik bagi rakyat.
